Access to Lite Feedback is granted through a one-time payment via Stripe, offering options for a single website or unlimited websites. After purchase, users gain access to a dashboard for managing their service, including domain addition, popup personalization, and JavaScript code generation for implementation.
Lite Feedback features an integrated notification system through which users can receive alerts about new feedback via Telegram or email. Users can also opt in to receive daily and weekly feedback summaries to stay informed on customer sentiments and suggestions.
